Our "Fir Honey-Met" is an intense, resinous and woody-spicy honey wine with an authentic forest taste. The Nordic associations are unmistakable, as is the color of dark amber. A pleasure that beguiles the senses.

Our variation, refined with white rum, is intense and rather tart and has a glittery fog effect that makes everyone dream of the blue sea of the Caribbean.

Refined with verbena, this mead mix has a pleasant lemony, slightly metallic taste. Verbena was used as a remedy in ancient Rome.
